Before being called to Country & Town in 2020, Todd served as senior pastor for churches in California and Maryland. He holds a M.Div. from Golden Gate Seminary and a D.Min. from Southeastern Seminary. He loves to preach the Scriptures, and he loves the work of the church. Todd believes Jesus will never stop growing and perfecting his church (Phil. 1:6), and is excited to be a part of that!

Phil began serving at Country & Town in 1995. He helps provide leadership in the planning of our worship experiences, as well as leadership/oversight to all our choirs, worship teams, video production, and technical arts ministries. Other than music, Phil enjoys anything dealing with aviation, woodworking, big waves at the beach, roller coasters, cooking, and watching a good sci-fi movie with his wife, Renee.

Eric joined the C&T staff in June 2014. He is passionate about Family Worship and Family Discipleship, and seeks to encourage and equip families in the roles that God has blessed and entrusted them. It is Eric's desire to see families worshiping and making disciples outside of the walls of the church building. 

Jacob was born and raised right here in Mechanicsburg, and served as a student intern while studying at Messiah College before becoming the new youth pastor. Jacob is passionate in seeing students hear, understand, and experience the full impact the Gospel can have in their everyday lives. He loves knowing that he is part of equipping the next generation of Christians who will carry on the faith.
